Management Committee

The remit of the Management Committee is as follows:

It is stated in the Governance handbook that the Management Committee has 3 core functions:

  • Ensuring clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction;
  • Holding executive leaders to account for the educational performance of the organisation and it's pupils, and the performance management of staff;
  • Overseeing the financial performance of the organisation and making sure its money is well spent

All categories of members have a term of office of 4 years, with the exception of Parent Member which has a term of office of 1 year.
